I started posting on TikTok in April 2022. I saw those interior design influencers with all the free stuff and beautiful homes and thought, “I can to that!”

I never expected it to turn into what it has, a platform where I share anything and everything about my life, from doing the dishes to taking my dogs to cafes to dating fiascos to travel adventures. And thousands of people tune in to watch.

It would come to no surprise to anyone that knows me that I’ve always wanted to be famous. I’m charismatic, outspoken, opinionated and have always loved to be center stage. Pursuing social media full time in many ways has felt like a natural pursuit.

What has felt way less than natural, though, is the persistent commentary and criticism. Say whatever you want about influencers, but no human being is equipped to receive feedback from hundreds if not thousands of people on a daily basis. There is simply nothing natural about that.
